hello! could you share what you mean by "access"? Do you mean create a link for the customer to access? And do you have any specific concern or issue that you're running into?

yes. so i have an endpoint the lets users access the portal. just wondering if i have to keep generating sessions all the time. also its a bit slower than normal redirect.

pretty much yes. There's a no-code portal where you can have your customers all access the same link if that's what you prefer : https://stripe.com/docs/customer-management/activate-no-code-customer-portal - but there're of course limitations to no-code. You can't have custom portal configurations, and it won't work well if you have duplicate Customers
