I do not have access to my phone number anymore as I have moved to a different state and changed my number

The support link is not helpful at all because it just requires me to sign into my account again, which I can do, but then requires me to verify the account via text message on a phone number I no longer have access to.

You can go through the steps here to recover your account http://dashboard.stripe.com/recover and once you've gone through all that you should be able to go in and update your phone number correctly

That link does not help at all. I keep getting this message :

You can't disable two-step authentication because it is not enabled on your account.

Really this is not somethign we can help with - if you're having trouble with that recovery flow as well you can try emailing in at support@stripe.com (which shouldn't require you to log in) and go from there

I only have one factor authentication and apparently it’s just the old phone number that I cannot access.
