Hello
That likely has to do with the Payment Method Types you have enabled in combination with the currency/amount of your Price
Have you clicked on the link there and checked your active PaymentMethods?
Also do you have a request ID for that error?
well, when I went to check out, this appeared
I tried to activate the card method, but it didn't work

Okay yeah you can see at the top that your account is currently disabled and you should receive an email with more information.
So you'll want to respond to that email and work with our Support team to get your account enabled
