Gotcha. Did you code the Stripe parts of your webpages or are you using a prebuilt plugin?

You'll want to reach out to Woocommerce for this. Stripe doesn't develop the Woocommerce plugin, so we don't know much about configuring it. If you reach out to Woocommerce they should be able to help you configure your plugin properly

Unfortunately not, we don't own the code for Woocommerce's plugin.

Yes that plugin normally works as far as I know.

Unofrtunately I don't know how to troubleshoot OTP issues with their plugin. Only Woocommerce will know how to do that here
