hi! as far as I know, that's not possible.

There can be some options if you're collecting shipping addresses though. Can you explain the use case a bit more?

We are a company based in the UK and all of our customers are also based in the UK, so we need to charge them VAT.
However, if they are abroad or behind a VPN, they will be shown a different country, for which no VAT will be charged.

I'm not sure I follow 100%, but overall Checkout does not have this functionality. What do you want to happen if your UK customer is on holiday in France and goes to make their payment?
