The Payment Element doesn't collect a name for card payments. So you'll need to add your own field above the Payment Element if you need this.

You mean why the name input is NOT there?
that's just how the Payment Element works.
But you can add as many custom fields as you want, since the Paymenet Element is embeded in your own page.

Yes and no. There's nothing on Stripe side, but since the Payment Element is on your own page, you can add as many input fields as you want.

Yeah but, If I add an input field under the payment Element, it will not show as part of the group inputs.
Specially with this text at the end By providing your card information, you allow x to charge your card for future payments in accordance with their terms.
The input position and place will look misleading
