Sorry just to clarify, how are you getting test payments coming through if you can't connect to the terminal device?

It's through Ticketsearch itself, the website we use to handle our tickets.

I know that doesn't give a whole lot of info, and it may be specific to that integration, but I was hoping someone may have had experience with it

So the test payments aren't terminal payments then?

They're supposed to be, but they're not coming through to the terminal. I can see them come through under payments on my Stripe account, so the third party website does connect to it, but the connection doesn't go to the terminal, which is why I figured it was probably a problem I needed to solve with the terminal

I'm not a developer, so while I can do some basic stuff, this is just a bit beyond me
