and do you have an example of a payment where partial capture previously worked? As far as I can tell that payment is working as expected because you're using level 3 data, but I may be wrong

yeah the payment is working as intended, it just comes into my dashboard as uncaptured
and for certain customers we effectively process a 10% discount (because there hasn't been mass adoption of signing up for accounts yet)
by capturing less than full amount

Are you the person who owns the connected account, or are you the one who owns the platform that's making these payments on behalf of the connected account?

Gotcha - have you talked to the third-party extension/plugin you use for payments? From what I can see, they changed their integration to provide level3 data and it's messing with your ability to partial capture

👍 yeah definitely check with them and specifically mention that level3 data seems to be affecting your ability to partial capture

I'd suggest talking to them first beofre you do that - I don't konw anything about the specific plugin you're using and I don't want you to end up in a bad/broken state
