Hi ๐Ÿ‘‹ to clarify, are these being blocked because you've left the default block rule that blocks payments if payment matches one or more values in default Stripe block lists?

If so, I believe the only choice there is whether you leave that rule enabled.

Let's take a step back, since it sounds like it may not be clear what caused the payment(s) to be blocked yet. Do you have an example of a blocked payment that you can share?

I don't know too much about Radar and its rules, that's a topic that our Support team is typically more familiar with, but my understanding is that our default rules are there to help shield your account from transactions that we suspect to be fraudulent or likely to be disputed. I'd be hesitant to disable those.
