Did you share the correct Checkout Session ID? I don't see any payment attempts on this one.

Sorry I can't find anything on our end. For example if I create a test mode checkout session and use a test card that fails, I do see the setup_intent.setup_failed events.
Anyhow, I think the error is pretty clear: the customer needs to try another payment method. Another option if for them to contact their bank to understand the issue. Ultiimately it's the bank that accpet/declines the payments.
