If you pull up the Payment Link in your Dashboard it should be in the URL.

You're using a recurring monthly Price, which is why the Checkout page says it's a monthly charge. It is a monthly charge as configured.

Create a one-time Price and use that instead.

Then use that Price to create a Payment Link.
