Say for example User update the subscription 4 months before then next invoice . So right now proration amount is less than $20. But i want atleast $50 .

If you're planning on calculating custom prorations yourself, then you could update your subscrpition with proration_behavior: none and then create a standalone invoice charging whatever amount you want

Yep, you can trigger payment on an Invoice using the pay API: https://stripe.com/docs/api/invoices/pay
