Already did they are checking the case, but if there is any chance just to get the older verison to make it work for now would be great

Don't know honestly about Prestashop, but did you tried using the module manager ?

Yes we have but this 3.1.1 broke this payment methods and its denying users

I meant in the module manager of prestashop you can't downgrade modules you can just upgrade? sorry as I told you at the begining we don't know prestashop here

Okay, ye its not possible to downgrade only if you have a zip module but we dont as this is published by Stripe team 🙂

In that case it seems you can't. Try reaching out to Stripe Support and ask them for a zip to version 3.1.0 if possible
