Why is this happening? It's the same card. The first few transactions were successful, but recent ones are reporting an incorrect card number. If the card number is wrong, why were the initial transactions successful?

It could possibly the bank just returns an incorrect message. There are thousands of banks if not more and each of them has their own system 🙂 I can double check if you provide the PaymentIntent Ids here

Yes this looks weird, but that's all the bank returns. They accepted the card before, but for now constantly returning card number incorrect

You should ask your customer to reach out to the bank

The customer and work with their own bank to see what is wrong with their card

Alright, I have another question. Previously, the payment details would display the device and device IP address, but it no longer does.

  1. The decline_code displays 'try_again_later'. Is this also returned by the bank? Previously, the same person with the same card didn't have this issue. Yet, in recent transactions, this has been the case.
