Hi, it's the card network (Visa) returns false for the address check. It hints about address1 doesn't pass validation
So if I am using ip address to get billing zip, then they have to be using an ip address from their home zip code?
Not sure about your mechanism but it does sound like will have differences. I would recommend letting them input their address to match with what is registered on their bank
Like they could have register address A at their bank, moved, then you calculated address B on their new place. The bank will surely decline if it see a different address on their database
I am also a little confused, I am seeing the customer's entire billing address under the billing details, even though we are not collecting address, do you know why the full address is there? You can see it in this event: evt_3NnCVsHtzQiUYLb00SGjd58U
Also, is it possible to which zip was sent to the bank? I am having trouble finding that specifically
Oh it's created via GooglePay: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_RaR79WsgBe2fIj if you can see

zip 92672 was sent to the bank
Am I able to see the conflicting zip code as well, or just the one sent to the bank?
That's the same ZIP collected and sent to the bank
But I am not able to see what the conflicting zip code on the banks end was correct?
Overall, does this seem like more of an individual customer problem than a problem with the development set up?
Yes, the bank just tell us (Stripe and you) that the provided ZIP is different to what they have on file, with the customer
