Hello! Looks like that's an issue on Affirm's side; you should contact them via their help center link shown in the screenshot.
Actually that's the first thing I did but they told me to reach out to Stripe since this was an Affirm for Stripe integration
Ah, that's unusual. The issue seems to be on their end, so I'm not sure why they sent you to us (this is not a Stripe error or Stripe-hosted page).

Yes this happens every time. I had another developer test on their environment and they received the same result.
Sounds like there might be something going on at Affirm. I'm not seeing anything about it on our end. I recommend you reach out to them again and explain that the error is coming from their systems and ask if there's an ongoing issue.
