Yeah we don't really have docs on this. Like that thread states at the beginning -- we have Jest mocks internally but they aren't designed for external use really

Well if you happen to remember something I could use or maybe you have some colleague who would know I'd appreciate any leads on this.
It's clearly getting to where it needs but for some reason the mock is not getting recognized as a function
(I'm crap at testing so I'm struggling to think why)
