Hello, can you explain more of your usecase?
Sure, we are still testing and basically we would like to know if we do the Connect onboarding via API ( No issues with that) and then we onboard a specific user, this user becomes a connected account of our platform. Now, because of being express Connect and using Destination charges, we as the platform are responsible for refunds, fees, etc. We were wondering if the connected account can process their own transactions apart from the ones that comes through our platform.
Unfortunately not, Standard accounts can but Express and Custom don't have their own ways of creating PaymentIntents, Subscriptions, Payment Links, etc
That’s exactly what we needed to know, since we don’t want them to process their own payments and us as the platform being responsible for them.
