If your webhook endpoitn doesn't return a 200, then start will wait a couple of days before finalizing the Invoice instead of 1 hour.
This is covered here: https://stripe.com/docs/invoicing/integration/workflow-transitions#finalized
If we don’t receive a successful response within 72 hours, we attempt to finalize and send the invoice.
