👋 @river snow ! I'm sorry but I don't understand the question at all right now. Stripe has a specific vocabulary for our products and APIs and words like "platform" "transfer" "customer" mean different things in our API and what people think of at first.
If you are a Connect platform and you use Stripe Connect, this is usually done to allow the platform (you) to accept payments on behalf of individuals or companies and then send them part of the funds after.
Is that what you are trying to do? Can you add more details around your ask?

We have a platform where we have coaches. Coaches can connect their account and the type of connected account is express. but there are some countries that stripe are not supported for example Malaysia.In this we can't payout to them. So we have some coaches (country) which are not supported by stripe but we want to pay to them via their customer id or their payment method id.

I recommend that you talk to our support team about your overall business model, the countries you operate in, etc. They can help you with your flow of funds to design this properly

Then that is impossible to do at all. We (Stripe) don't support Payouts to those countries in Singapore. And you can't just send funds to their "payment method". If you could, it'd be the same as Connect and it comes with the same compliance requirements
So this is just impossible as a Singapore-based platform.
