the fault is not the plugin

because i have troubleshooted myself

i put keys from another stripe account it worked.

then i add the keys of the website with issues to another website! the stripe payment didnt work

Yes I understand, but just because the keys from one account are working doesn't eliminate the possibility that the plugin may require additional setup steps for everything to work as expected

Again, you need to talk to the plugin owner - if we had more details about the specific requests that were being made then we could help, but since you dn't control that code there isn't much we can do witht he information you gave

what i need from stripe is to check the stripe account if something is wrong with the keys

If you're positive that the issue is with the keys that you're using then you can write in to support and have them check for you

but again, it'll be way easier for you to check with the plugin owner so they can see what requests are being made and give more specifics
