i am creating a gift card like system and i dont think its needed to have a user to give there identification, so i wanted to create my own lay out in stead of the stripe onboarding system so that the custermer has to give as litle information as possible.

i looked in to it and i don't think it is what i need i want the money to go directly from and to a customers existing bank account. with out the identification. is that possible.

okay then my question is about there being an age to deposit money to a customer. because it would be not so use full if a kid gets a gift from lets say his grand mother and cant collect it.

that's why issuing is a better solution

you would be providing the customer with a virtual or physical card where they can get the funds and use it and pay for stuff
