We spoke with a Stripe representative earlier this week and they directed us in the direction of this Discord. Is the next course of action to go back through the standard contact form and request a meeting with some type of implementation engineer?

From your general description it sounds like Connect would address your desired workflow and our documentation on Connect is fairly extensive.
