Yes you can set proration_behavior: 'none' when you update the Subscription here.
Best thing to do is to test it out
And use a test clock: https://stripe.com/docs/billing/testing/test-clocks

With the proration_behavior: 'none' does it still charge the user for unused time until the subscription ends or it stops charging the immediately?
