You can use the same cert across multiple accounts as far as I know

Does Stripe automatically account for it? or do i have to explicitly create the "Application" in each accounts apple pay settings?

And re-use the same cert?

You do need to re-add the Cert in each account

If it is a new Cert

Gotcha. Makes sense. My Dev account didn't have one added but still worked. I'll just add the cert to all the accounts.
