I contacted the merchant too, and they told me that they payment system has no problem at there side

You need to push with the merchant, and maybe ask the merchant to contact Stripe support. But we really cannot help you directly with this.

But the notification I receive tells to contact stripe. I have tried the website given to me but there was no option for chatting with them
