Right, but what does the money flow look like? Are you sending money to a connected account after someone makes a payment to your form? If so, how?

Yes, im using direct charges. The money flows through me (i keep 5%) and then to the seller

Direct charges don't flow through you as the platform, to clarify, but i think this is a bit beside the point
You can hide those terms from appearing in the payment element, yes, then you are resonsible for displaying appropriate terms to your customers.
You don't need to modify CSS, there are options for this, just a moment
In the Payment Element create options you can set terms[card]='never'
