I don't really get what you mean overall by that. You say "the name a payment" but then talk about a phone number, without much context.

Do you use Stripe Connect or just payments on your own Stripe account?

I tried a production payment

and on my bank statement, i see the name of the product + the Support phone number

even thoough it's toggled off on the Public Buisness info

what you toggled off is for email receipts and Invoices. Not what is sent to the bank

banks require that information so we have to give it
