When you say can't use, are they seeing any errors?

so they cannot put in their debit card number. I am using payment intent for the backend and payment elements for the frontend.
This is the feedback from the client.
<The common format in germany are so called
"Girocards" which function like debit cards, but it's format is significantly different, as well as paying with it. This is why the current payment form on (our website) does only work for german credit cards, but not their debit cards. I attached a sample image from a popular german bank.
As for payment options in regards to this, some of the most popular online processors are Klarna Sofortüberweisung and GiroPay. Other than those two I don't know of any other payment processors that work with the german girocards.>

Can you provide more info about "cannot put their debit card number"? Like is the PaymentElement returning an error?

no more like they cannot put the numbers into the form from payment element because the format is different than usual debit or credit card

@north cedar it's Girocard and we don't support thpse types of cards I think. I'd recommend talking to our support team for help https://support.stripe.com/contact/email
