We had a user submit a payment intent - one of those delayed success payments - pi_3NiHmp2HLTfYYsnZ1OLCFLU1
The payment intent succeeded 8/29/23 ~12pm according to the stripe dashboard, and I think we got a webhook right about the same time.
We got a Payout succeeded at 8/29/23 at 1:05am, which included the aforementioned Payment Intent.
Processing Payout webhooks is a new thing for us - so it was surprising seeing that a Payout included a payment intent that had apparently not yet succeeded.

Sorry, nothing is catching my eye, and I'm going to suggest bringing this to our Support team as I believe they're more familiar with this timing than we are in this forum:

The only thing I'm noticing, is that the Balance Transaction associated with the charge/payment has an available_on date of 8/29 at 12:00 AM, so I'm not sure if that is why the funds were paid out before the intent went into a succeeded state.
