I made a test order for $2.70 for the test, but the account I opened from payoneer has not been credited for a few weeks, I am getting such an error. What should I do?

I'm going to need more specifics, I'm not sure I'm grasping what the concern is. I don't know what payoneer is, or how that is related to this.

My payoneer account is personal account. I tested to see if money is transferring from my stripe account to my payoneer account, I put a digital product in my shopify store and bought it, but it's been like this for over a month.
It says it will be transferred on August 30th, but when it is August 30th it puts it to the next day.

If you're using a prebuilt integration provided by Shopify, I would recommend starting with their Support team to see if they are manually controlling the payouts for your account. If they aren't, then I would recommend reaching out to our support team regarding this matter:
