I reviewed your call conversation with my colleague, and from what I gather, you are reaching out about payments through the terminal that have failed because "interac_present" is not allowed for this PaymentIntent.

I appreciate you sharing the Payment ID (pi_3Ng6d0FRSoISGwgO0CxTpiIo). In order to accept Interac transactions you need to create your payments using the interac_present payment method type. Include the card_present payment method type as well if you accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express payments. [0].

Upon checking on this log (req_Hgtkied7G4RWlI) [1], it looks like you have only specified the card_present attribute and not the interact_present attribute.
