Hello! Yes, I believe this is possible - you'd just need to make sure your customer portal (https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/settings/billing/portal) is set up so that customers can set/update their payment methods (under the Payment Methods section) and under the "Subscriptions" section you enable them to update the subscription

I'm testing this out now, it looks as though the settings only allow the customer to switch subscription products, not to end their free trial and pay for the subscription product that they have a trial of

Hmm... The only way I could think to do this is instead of doing a trial, you do a $0 price and allow them to subscribe to that which they can update to a different price at any given point in time
