@opal dune what have you tried exactly? There are may ways to integrate Connect depending on the type of connected accounts (Standard, Custom or Express) and the flow of funds (Direct Charges or Destination Charges for example)
But all of those let you take some fee for yourself as a platform

So far we’ve setup the customer fee on the completed transaction. Is it possible to also charge the merchant a flat fee over 10$?

You control all of this as the developer and you configure the fee you want to keep for your own platform. Again this depends on how you integrated Connect but it is supported for example with the application_fee_amount parameter

there is no "wiki" but I assume you mean our docs. The problem is you never provided any info on how you integrate Connect

Once you explain your real setup (account type and type of Charge creation) my colleague @dawn cloak can point you to the right doc

I am not technical. All I know is we are using stripe connect for our merchants. How do I find this out?
