So I suppose the only way with elements to be able to take MOTO is to have the user provide their CVC? I wonder if it would be enforced at the bank if any CVC is provided... I guess they shouldn't have to complete SCA in any case.

SCA is irrelevant for MOTO, but yes we require the CVC and it's best to collect it even for MOTO.
