We are not able to tokenize the card details for payments
Can you clarify what you are doing and what does "not able" mean? Do you see an error message? Which one?

the token error seems to be resolved but i am getting this new error "You can not accept payments using this API as it is no longer supported in India"

I think the error is pretty clear: you cannot use Charges in India. Instead you should use PaymentIntents.
