Why specify billing_cycle_anchor? The first full invoice will always be at the end of the trial anyway
Also, I thought above should work
Can you share a subscription id where this isn't occurring?
in testing environment sub_1Nj5mxGtA4lmrOKzIqlAzFrK
this subscription is currently in trail, but should be expire in 5 mins, however, I can see some other subscription with same setup, which don't auto get cancel by trail end

Can you share that one?
That's the one I need to see
this one now expired already and is still active
What do you mean. I see it's cancelled on the dashboard

this is another one that is currently in trail and will be expired soon. I found it's not being cancelled immediately after trail ends
it remain active for a short period of time after the trail ends, and then get cancelled
Yeah I mean it's test mode, so things don't always happen instantly
But that should also cancel here pretty soon

if you look at it now, the trail already ends but the stauts is still active... this is causing some issues for the customer since we are using that status to tell if they are currently with our plan
That's a test mode sub though
Is this also happening in live mode? Can you provide an example?
this is not released yet because of this issue
Yeah but this shouldn't happen in live mode
There's sometimes delays with events in test mode
It's not as snappy
what is the time frame that the delay might exist? up to how long?
for example this one sub_1Nj5vhGtA4lmrOKzQ1LdzU59
We don't publish numbers on this
it should be canceled at 3:49 but it's 4:00 now and more than 11 mins
and now it's still active
AFAIK that's correct
