Are you able to try with a different network? (I'm not seeing anything helpful from our logs at all so it's hard to tell what went wrong)

i mean, i can but what happens when people are trying to connect this device to an events wifi and it doesnt work

We even have WPA3 security on our wifi

would a hot spot be concidered another network?\

it worked with the hot spot on my phone but for some reason wont connect to our offices wifi

we have two different networks and it wont connect to either, only hot spot

i updated the device as well

its giving me the same run around everytime, connec to wifi then update and i cant get out of that

Interesting. Could be a network configuration on your office's network that's causing this if it works fine on the hotspot
