Yeah so the issue here is that this account is already connected to another platform that is considered the "controlling platform" (which means that platform wants to enforce that they're the only one who has read/write access to that account). You'd need to write into support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) to see if there's a way around this

You could try, but that platform would have to write into support as well in order to change it
