Hi, we are still looking into this but can you confirm your merchants are experiencing this are on different networks?

the app on device is on mobile network
the other one is on store network
the other one on store network now is working well
it wasn't working for 30mins between 12:30 and 1pm EDT
but the app on device is still not working
Okay. On our end we were seeing network connectivity errors for the reader ending in 3799. We are still looking into reader 4026
