Hi 👋 that's a request made from the dashboard, so you should have seen a prompt to re-enter your password because your dashboard session had expried. After doing so you should be able to retry the action.

Can you elaborate? That request is from the Stripe dashboard, it is not from external interaction with the Stripe API.
