Hi 👋 I'm not as familiar with the options the dashboard provides, as we primarily focus on working with the API in this channel. I'm not sure if the dashboard is giving you that option because you're logged into the Platform account, or if the Connected Account would also have that option.

You're working with Standard Connected Accounts, right?

Gotcha, then I would suggest pulling the secret api key for your test connected account from the dashboard, and try making a request as that account to refund a payment and try to refund the application fee as well as part of that process. If that succeeds, then I don't think there is a way to prevent the Connected Accounts from refunding the application fee.
