Sorry, I am not familiar with how your server configured the file and folder system. I'd recommend checking online if anyone faces similar issue and how it can be fixed

issue solved

#

i followed 1) need to maintain virtual directory for the IIS Domain
2) Maintain mime type “text/xml” for no extension files.
