Do you have an example payment intent ID or event id you can share?
Thanksx for the IDs, checking in to them
Just noticed you can see the 3m delay in the details
Which details are you looking at for that?
I do see the delays in the events but am trying to clarify what triggered them. The previous state was requires_action and for other payment methods this can sometimes mean that the user took 3 minutes to complete something
you can see in the video he didnt take that long
you can see the amount of time it sits on the blue loading icon waiting for the charge.completed webhook
Yeah, still trying to look in to what may have caused the delay here. As far as you know has your integration been seeing this delay for P24 payments across the board or has it only been certain ones?
From what I can see on our backend you got the events as soon as these objects transitioned to be successful on our side. So it doesn't look like you'd have been able to get the success status faster without a webhook
As a heads up, we are still looking in to this, will get back with what we can find
These are the first tests we ran. He uses P24 frequently and typically doesn't have this delay elsewhere
Hey @wanton vapor apologies but we still haven't found a solid explanation for this delay. We're going to escalate this to the engineering team that works with that payment method. Can you write in to our support team and supply those payment intent IDs? https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

And then can you DM @inland sparrow with your email address? We can grab the email so you don't have to re-explain the situation
It's not letting me DM them
or add them as a friend, but ticket is submitted
