Hello! Can you give some more details/context?
This is what i am having confusion on this.
Deleting that message for now since it's got some unredacted PII/address information and this is a public channel
Hoo okk will you please help me on this.
yeah I'm looking
your screenshot said another user was signed in when the shopping cart was processed - do you mean signed into your own site? Or somethign else?
It is the customer we are providing while making payment confirmation
we can have full name and address details while confirming a payment.
That is displaying on owner.
what about customer we are not providing any customer details while creating a payment intent or confirmaing a payment intent. but still displaying the customer.
i am not able to understand from where the customer data is mapping for that payment.
Ahh it's all clicking now - so the screenshot you gave was a test mode payment using the 4242 card. With Guest Customers we group things together based on a variety of fields. In this specific case, we grouped together based on using the same card and there was a different payment made by "Jimmy Butler" using the 4242 card as well
If you haven't already, I'd suggest reading https://support.stripe.com/questions/guest-customer-faq
How can we delete these guest customers?
I beleive you'd have to write into support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) to do that - there isn't a way for you to do it on your end.
But backing up for a minute here, this is something that you'd only see in the dashboard UI and you wouldn't actually get back from the API at all. It's also unlikely to be as much of an issue in production - you're seeing all these things grouped togehter in test mode because you're using the same test card to trying things out. In production/livemode you won't have a whole bunch of individuals using the same card
