No that's not possible.
Once a Subscription is canceled it can't be reactivated
It sounds like you aren't voiding the relevant Invoices in this case.
What I'd recommend instead is voiding the Invoices and then if the customer wants to come back and make payment you actually start a new Subscription for them.
Otherwise if you don't want to void them you could just start a new Subscription on trial until the next billing period
