Are you using Stripe Element ?
the transaction on the Stripe platform doesn't succeed and stays on "pending"
Since when ? can you share the PaymentIntent id ?
Me and the client picked wp+ stripe specifically for this option. I'm using "WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway " This is the ID src_1NgPvOEmzIhYuf6gwG1YwoTn.
That plugin is owned By woocommerce and not Stripe :

Now regarding that charge, it's still in pending state, it can take up to 14 business days to be accepted:

That depends on the issuer's bank
