Yes I think this would be possible. Do you want to hold funds before the seller confirms they have the product? Or are you looking to save a payment method and only charge it later if the seller confirms they have the product

Gotcha, in that case you can just follow this flow. For destinaiton charges you save the PaymentMethod to the platform account and then for the last step you add the destination parameter when creating your PaymentIntent to designate what account to send the funds to https://stripe.com/docs/payments/save-during-payment?platform=web
