Hello! What are you trying to do? Add an email to a Customer object?

tiny narwhal
#

no i am tyring to get my client to be able to use this link

worldly folio
#

Your clinet would only be able to use that link if your Stripe account has a Customer object corresponding to their email

tiny narwhal
#

what do you mean

#

what does my client or me have to do to get him into the pricing table

#

so he can choose his plan

worldly folio
#

Are you just trying to get pricing table to work?

tiny narwhal
#

yes

#

this is the link to my table

#

trying to get my client to use it

#

he is waiting on me

#

@worldly folio

That's not a link to a pricing table though - that's a link to the customer portal that's used if you ALREADY have a subscription set up

tiny narwhal
#

bro i dont get u

#

i made an pricing table with things to choose

#

and i got an link to it

#

and then u starting bout this api email stuuf

#

yall are the best billing site but make it work you know

worldly folio
#

The pricing table I'm talking about is this - https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout/pricing-table
If that's what you're also talking about, then the link you're using isn't what you need. The pricing table is something you'd have to add to your own site and for your users to interact with

tiny narwhal
#

wait

#

The link is for clientportal

#

That leads them to my table

#

But every time this thing wont work ill show u

worldly folio
#

No, the customer/client portal is not what leads you to the pricing table - the customer portal is something separate for AFTER your user has already subscribed

tiny narwhal
#

Where to find the link to pricing tabld

worldly folio
#

There is no link - it's something you'd have to actually add to your own site by changing your frontend code. I'd strong suggest reading https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout/pricing-table#overview if you haven't already

If all you want is a link that you can direct your customer to subscribe then you'd want Payment Links (but that won't give them the option to choose between three different prices like pricing table)

tiny narwhal
#

bruh

#

can i make an payment link

worldly folio
tiny narwhal
#

ok

#

but why cant i have an pricing table link

#

without an website

worldly folio
#

That's just the way we've implemented it - it's always been this way

tiny narwhal
#

where do i make an blank site

#

with the pricing table

#

for free and no credit card connect or those things just name and email

worldly folio
#

That's something you'd do outside of stripe - there's tons of resources online for how to make basic websites that you can look into
