your account need special access to be allowed to do that. Like you said, it works on another platform

when I looked at your account earlier, you were using an account called "____ Dev" so probably you only have access on your company's main account

so you could reach out to your Sales/Support contacts to get your dev accounts access, or use test mode on the main account

just the ability to use custom mandates for BACS , or give them the actual error message
